Schulman, Lopez, Hoffer & Adelstein, LLP
Trusted Counselors and Advocates
Good legal advice and practice is more than simply knowing the law. Every client is different. So regardless of the "law," different clients require different approaches.
The principal attorneys of Schulman, Lopez, Hoffer & Adelstein, LLP, have built their reputations in the school law and overall community on strong and lasting client relationships. They know that the lawyer-client relationship is a very personal and intimate one and that it works best when the client receives individualized attention. Our attorneys do more than simply advise a client. We first seek to understand the client and the client's needs.
We understand that while a client's needs are usually best served by resolving disputes short of litigation, successful advocacy requires that the lawyers enjoy a reputation as successful litigators. Schulman, Lopez & Hoffer, LLP’s principal attorneys are experienced and knowledgeable preventive law attorneys, requested presenters and respected litigators both in the court houses and before state and federal agencies. Please read about the firm’s attorneys and ask around; you will learn that when required to litigate, our attorneys are known and respected by our clients and competition alike, and we are talented, well-prepared advocates and formidable lawyers.
